There are multiple vacancies for Front desk Executive/Receptionist at HealthBay Clinic Balewadi and Pashan. HealthBay invites family physicians (MBBS), gynaecologists, dermatologists, physicians (internal medicine) and radiologists for attachment on revenue sharing basis at Balewadi and Pashan-Baner Link road centres.
Staff Nurse
Administering IM/IV injections and operating ECG; maintaining patient’s paper work/case sheet and assisting doctors during OPD consultations and procedures, operating autoclave; attending
doctors’ appointments and assisting billing.
- Candidates with prior experience in healthcare OPD setup preferred. Experience in Xray will be an added advantage.
- Must be familiar with Word processing and usage of computer applications.
- Experience required - 1 to 2 years or above.
- Minimum Qualification - 12th pass or above; Diploma in nursing, GNM or ANM required.
- Job timings - rotational duty of 8 hours/day, 6-days a week (Clinic timings are 7:30am-9:30 pm on weekdays and 7:30am-12:30 pm on Sundays).
- Salary - Rs 12,000-Rs 20,000 based on experience, overtime paid for extra hours put in.
Front Desk Executives
Responsible for handling patients' calls and arranging appointments with doctors; handling patient's registration and billing, maintaining patients’ records and assisting doctors.
- Must be familiar with Word processing and usage of computer applications.
- Candidates with prior experience in healthcare OPD setup preferred.
- Experience required - 1 to 2 years or above.
- Minimum Qualification - 12th pass or above.
- Job timings - rotational duty of 8 hours/day, 6-days a week (Clinic timings are 7:30 am-9:30 pm on weekdays and 7:30 am-12:30 pm on Sundays).
- Salary - Rs 12,000-Rs 19,000 based on experience, overtime paid for extra hours put in.
